Agreement

By booking service or using this website, you agree to these terms and to the Boro Poop Scoop & Pet Care Service Policy. If you don't agree, please don't book service.

Service

Boro Poop Scoop & Pet Care provides dog waste removal for residential and commercial properties in Murfreesboro, College Grove, and Arrington, Tennessee. Service is performed by the owner, Drew, within a daytime service window. No exact arrival time is promised.

Pricing

Published residential prices are per visit and shown before you book. Prices scale with the number of dogs. Properties that fall outside standard conditions may require a custom quote, which is reviewed with you before any charge.

Billing

• Pay-per-visit: a saved payment method is charged after each completed visit.
• Four-week prepay: a set amount is billed every 28 days. Weekly service includes four visits; biweekly service includes two visits.
• One-time cleanups are paid at booking.

Cancellation

Recurring service can be paused or cancelled at any time without an extended notice period. Individual visits can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. For prepaid plans, undelivered visits are credited or refunded per the Service Policy.

Weather & access

Unsafe weather or inaccessible conditions may require rescheduling. The customer agrees to provide safe access to the cleanup area and to secure dogs when needed.

Limitation of liability

Boro Poop Scoop & Pet Care provides cleanup of visible dog waste in the agreed area. Service is performed with reasonable care and the business is insured. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided, to the extent permitted by law.
